Visitors to the JET Facilities

On 30th April Malcolm Wicks, Minister of State for Science and Innovation visited the JET facilities, accompanied by Christina Anderson from his private office and Paul Williams Director for the Research Councils Directorate at the Office of Science and Innovation.

On 1st May the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee visited the JET facilities. The delegation included Lord Broers (Chairman), Lord May of Oxford, Lord Oxburgh, Baroness Sharp of Guildford, Lord Taverne, Lord Haskel, Lord O'Neill of Clackmannan, Christopher Johnson (Clerk), Cathleen Schulte (Committee Specialist), Elisa Rubio (Clerk).

On the 4th May a South Korea Government Delegation visited the JET facilities, which included Hyeon Gon, LEE (Director, E/D Division, ITER Korea Project Office, NFRC), Sug Ju, PARK (Deputy Director, Nuclear Power industry Division, Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Energy, Korea), Young-Chul, LEE (Manager, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., LTD (KHNP)), In Chung, KIM, Manager (ITER Project Integration, NFRC) and Tae Hyung, HA (Manager, KSTAR Project Division, NFRC).
