December 2008 |

|
In a few days, this year will have expired. The current December issue contains recollections of this year from three different perspectives.
In his letter the EFDA Associate Leader, Francesco Romanelli looks rather forward to the next tasks that will have to be accomplished than back to the achievements of this year. Fortunately there is are convincing reasons to look confidentially into the future: JET received good marks from two independent panels. The main article summarizes the scientific work done in this year and the authors in page 4, who are in charge of public relations work, allow a small insight into their daily work. |
October 2008 |

|
The first article concerns the visit of the French ambassador to the UK, His Excellency Mr Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, which underlines the strong engagement France has in the field of fusion research. You'll find an article about the "Big step forward in heating systems", the successful commissioning of the ITER-like Antenna. Last, but not least, read the personal insights of two French colleagues in leading positions, about their work at JET. |
July 2008 |
