Administration Department

The Administration Department is in charge of budget and finances, contracts and the contractual supervision of the JET Operation Contract, the management of personnel, and internal procedures.

Enhancement Department

The Enhancement Department is in charge of the organisation, coordination, planning and monitoring of enhancements of the JET Facilities.

Operations Department

The Operation Department is in charge of monitoring and guiding the operation of the JET facilities. Together with the JET operator they plan the operation of the JET facilities following the EFDA workprogramme proposals and identify the required resources. They are also in charge of the technical monitoring of the JET Operation Contract (JOC). Together with CSU Garching they follow up Fusion Technology actions.

Office of the EFDA Association Leader for JET

The Office of the EFDA Associate Leader for JET (known as Publications Office) is in charge of scientific communication (through websites, conferences, seminars, etc.) and publications, public information, and remote participation

Programme Department

The implementation and monitoring of the experimental Campaigns are the responsibility of the Programme Department. Following the EFDA-JET workprogramme, the experimental campaigns are defined and planned. The Programme Department is in charge of coordinating the different task forces and scientific reporting. The Head of the Programme Department is also responsible for International Collaborations.
