Overview

JETDSP for IDL is a general purpose data display and analysis program that runs in the IDL environment. It can:

• read any data accessible through the JET remote data access server
• create standard 2D plots of signal vs Time or signal vs X
• create contour or surface plots from signals that are a function of two independent variables
• represent scalar values as line marker or text
• hardcopy
• interactive zooming and panning on 2D and 3D plots
• interactive rotation of contour and surface plots
• annotation with text
• signal processing using IDL
• saving of sets of signals ('Standard Sets') to a file for re-use in later sessions
