JETDSP can read JPFs but not PPFs

Probably this is a problem with the password that you are passing to the PPF system. Check the contents of the file $HOME/.netrc, if it's there. See the PPF system manual for details of the format of this file.

A good combination to use is username ppfread, password ppfread for readonly access to PPFs.

Bear in mind that the first password you give to the program will be used until the end of the session. You need to restart JETDSP to try a new password.
